We couldn’t let you watch us brew beer without giving you somewhere to taste it - that would just be cruel! Our working brewery in the Yarra Valley has a generous bar and beer hall where you can enjoy our beautiful beers at their freshest and best. The kitchen’s menu is designed to pair perfectly with our brews.
Beer Hall, bar & kitchen
We’re open every day. Drop by the bar for a drink, or stay for a meal. Meeting the entire squad? Our beer hall’s long communal tables can be booked Monday to Friday for groups of 10 or more.
On weekends and public holidays, everyone is served on a walk-in basis.
We are currently closed due to Covid 19 and hope to re-open in the coming weeks.

Our food menu
Our menu is crafted like our beer – with an obsession for balanced flavours – and changes according to what’s in season. We hero local and organic produce where possible. We’ve even planned where our kitchen garden will go – once we find the spare time to plant it.
Our brewing team is related by purpose (and in Phil and Harry’s case, blood). With over 40 years brewing experience Phil Sexton, our Founder and CEO, knows a thing or two about traditional beer styles. Together with son Harry they want to remind people how perfectly balanced the classics can be.
Beer is a natural product. The healthier the environment, the better the ingredients we have to play with.
So for purely selfish reasons, we’re on a quest towards total sustainability. 248 solar panels on the roof and contented cows are just the beginning. We’ll keep you updated on our progress on the socials. Shout out if you have ideas that help.
